For me, life coaching is about unwavering support and fierce compassion. It is a collaborative partnership built on exploration of choice and courage to take action. It’s about using my time, energy and experience to help you achieve the life you want. It’s about commitment. And I know, from years of experience, that when we fully invest in another human being, great things start to happen.

I am passionate about life coaching because it is full of hope and possibility. While traditional therapy often examines the past to understand the present, life coaching asks, “What now?” The life coaching philosophy is that the past is over and does not determine our future. We determine the circumstances of our life from a place of power, authenticity and passion. Life coaching is urgent, inspired and ambitious.

As a master coach, with eighteen years of experience, I will team up with you fully and fervently. Together we will examine the scope of your present-day life, finding incremental ways to grow and enrich both your life and your identity. We will reintroduce you to yourself. We will explore forgotten parts of you that you’ve forgotten existed. We will identify your values, discover new passions, reignite old ones, make plans, create goals, change habits and behaviors that no longer serve you, and celebrate your significant place in this world.
