ABOUT AMANDA
AMANDA ROGERS is a life coach, academic life coach, somatic experiencing practitioner, and published author. She is the creator of the first academic program on self-esteem implemented into the California Public School system.
As an award-winning playwright, Amanda is best known for exploring the very themes reflected in her teaching and speaking; a rigorous commitment to speaking the truth, consciousness of choice and a dedication to identifying personal values. She has toured High Schools and Colleges inspiring young people through her various seminars which include; The Art of Decision Making, The Necessity of Healthy Boundaries, Identifying and Pursuing Our Life’s Passion and Compare/Despair (bringing social comparison theory to light).
Amanda is a graduate of Northwestern University. The Coaches Training Institute and the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute.
